This would be a beautiful way to do nails for a wedding. Most tutorials are simple and boring looks, but this is so different and nice.

How do you get the paint to act like that?!?!?! Whenever I use acrylic paints it never works!! 3': and my nail polish always dries within the first week of me buying them.. I close them! And I buy all kinds of brands! I just have extremely bad luck with nails :'(
