You have lovely hands and gorgeous nails. I like the glass file, too, but some are made better than others. I didn’t like the two different kinds I got from Sally’s. The ones I got from Amazon were much better quality.
Thank you, As far as vitamins, I take vitamin D occasionally. I always try to eat a healthy diet but the number one thing I can recommend is oiling, oiling multiple times daily helps to keep the nails strong which helps to grow.
@@kaitlinandsis6515 thank you, I’ve been taking the hair, skin and nails vitamins every day. My nails have been growing perfectly up until a few months or so, of course I would constantly polish them. I guess I got lazy lol.. Thank you for your input..
Hi, lately I have actually been using rocket fuel which is by the brand beauty garde which also helps to hydrate the nails, I haven’t used dr remedy in a while but for a base if I don’t use a peel off base coat I will use the rocket fuel or nail treatment by nailtopia.
Wow amazing I still have to be patient I had like 2-3 months but broke a tip (like a whole month of growth) so I filed all my nails. Yours look amazing do they ever break?
Your nails are stunning! I had naturally nice nails, but since a decline in health & having to take so many meds, my nails have really suffered. Doesn't matter how much oil or cream I use, I cant grow them beyond my fingertips without them splitting or peeling. They're also ridged 😢😢😢😢😢
Thank you and I am so sorry to hear that, sometimes diet can also play a part also maybe consider natural supplements with ingredients that help with nail growth as well.
I use a peel off base coat most of the time and because I switch up my designs it’s easier to use a peel off and no, I don’t dry my nails with alcohol 🥰 if you want your polish to last longer without a peel off you would get rid of excess oils in the skin with alcohol but I do not
Thank you 😊 the color was a mix of electric pearl from h&m and LJ147 from UNT beauty for the pearl colored and I believe the blue was be more pacific from nailtopia with the h&m shimmer coat
Hi, thats great, some tips: try not to use them as tools ⚒️ cuticle oil daily 🧴 always wear some sort of polish to help protect the natural nail. Hope these help 🫶🏻
