Hi! New friend to your channel from Kentucky! I am so glad I came across your channel! I had to take a break the past 10 months from doing my own RU-vid vids to fight triple negative breast cancer and haven’t done any vids on my channel since losing my hair, lashes and brows but during that time I’ve been watching nail vids and learning to do cute nails myself and now that I’m feeling better and more like myself and starting to get hair, lashes and brows back I want to get back to doing my videos again. I would love to start off with doing nail vids because all I have to show right now are my hands and not my scary looking face lol Once I feel more comfortable at how I look I want to get back to doing my makeup and beauty box opening vids too. It’s been 10 months since I’ve got to paint my nails or anything like that other than cutting them. Sadly the different types of chemo I had to do just about made me lose my nails and finally they are starting to look so much better. I hope to share my 10 months of vids I made of my breast cancer journey to show what all I’ve had to deal with but I also want to help others as well who are going through so thing like this and share my experiences with others who are curious at what to expect dealing with my type of breast cancer and with chemo. But anyway sending love and support from your new from Kentucky! I hope to see you my way sometime.

Thank you! ☺️ I use alien tape! They keep the nails in place the entire time! I buy mine at Walmart but I think Amazon sells it too.

For the lettering, I lightly sketched with a #2 pencil. However for the butterfly, I did free hand ☺️

Can I ask a stupid question can u mind telling me how or sorry what you are tacking down ur tips pls mine end up very very sticky so I have to clean them off on the back of the tip

Of course! I like to use alien tape. It’s double sided strong clear tape. I bought my from Walmart but I believe it’s sold on Amazon as well. I just cut little strips/squares and put them down. I had that same issue with the tacky gum stuff: but the alien tape works MUCH better.

Aaaaww thank you very much so your tape leaves no sticky crap like mine I broke mine right the middle just broke so I'm thinking that the stuff I used wore or had a stress fracture in the middle some where do u use anything else besides that and again big hugs from BC canada

No, it won’t leave a sticky residue like the gummy tack tape/clay does. But it’s strong so sometimes it may come off with the nail. However it’s very easy to take it off the nail and stick back onto your hand without leaving any residue: ☺️
