Hello! It depends on the complexity of the pallet produced - nailing a standard 7 deck pallet and the three legs are about 40s/pallet, while a large pallet with more deckboards takes more time. I'll attach a link to one of our newer videos as a reference for the production of a more simple pallet. (In the video, legs are produced in our separate Leg Nailing Machine) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-l7zVWqiYNQI.html We can help you estimate cycletimes for your pallets in the Robot Nailer, and if you want more information about our robotic pallet system, please contact us at info@ekatech.se.
Sorry, I meant 80x120, 80x80,80x60 models, all with 5 or 7 boards, but is there also the possibility of stamping the caps or do you have to do it first? also produces two-way pallets?
That depends highly on the operator, but the robot can produce pallets from 30 seconds (depending on the pallet). You are welcome to contact us at info@ekatech.se for more information :)
+dukat03 Still faster than a human. That poor guy placing the pieces is going to have lots of back pain tho. Pretty sure a robot could do that job too.
