Congrats Nadav keep up the hard work and the good eating. Turned 30 this year and hit the gym hard and cut from 255 down to 220 right now and you feel great man! With the inflamation down you can really up the cardio and shed those pounds off!
Does someone has the link to the video of “you know what I’m saying, you know what I mean” at 1:26:58? I’ve been searching but I can’t find it without the audiomarks
Powerful stuff. Once someone steps into this sort of journey and to do it full bore like this, full support and with a goal, it's intoxicating. The Fountain of Youth exists and the elixir that fills it is sweat
Don't get me wrong, ymh gets some absolute HEATERS for guests, but I agree. YMH is best in its original, pure, form. Just Tim and Christine shooting the shit like old times
The once a month stuff is absolutely BS, you wouldn’t be able to move. Your intestines/colon would be so blown out or ruptured. The first couple years I was on Suboxone I would only poo about every 5 days, and just that was helllll!! I almost believe him when he says he’s a once a week guy. He says there’s no discomfort though so… 🧢
@jamesharris5156 you forget your not him or black. Bodies work differently. His body could be using 95% what he puts in. Leaving little to go. Yours could be using 60%. Not really that crazy. I actually only use to poop once a week when I was younger. Now I'm almost regular.
Dude… nadav’s changes should be inspirational. He’s genuinely seeing and enjoying the changes and he seems very happy and more energetic and engaged. As a fan I’m proud of his hardcore effort, it’s truly not easy. Big ups Paddy o’native
To be honest, unless you're a zoologist, wildlife expert or someone asked to make art it doesn't matter if you mix up the animals. In the wild if you come across any of the 4 it's the same response for all 4 animals: you mutter "sweet fuck,... sweet Jesus, what do I have for a weapon, where's my fastest safety zone, where is everyone, fuck". " Now back up nice and slow, shit run".
I don’t get what’s happening here. Nadav is FINALLY transitioning into Paddy O’Calahan, but Tom and Christine are doing the opposite: they are transitioning into Shuli Agar and his wife.
CP was in top form on this episode with the one liners, call backs and zingers. She made Tom laugh multiple times when typically she just gets an eye roll. 👏
Can we get a merch petition going for Tom and Christina to start selling prints of all the "cool guys" that they have framed up in the studio? I would love to have unc shine in my office. 😂😂
Not sure about selling them, but they should DEFINITELY play with an AI and have that AI make new versions of the cool guy club. Even if just for a segment to review them on an upcoming show.
@@billysimpson7300 well I would love to see tom maybe set up a system to where the profit of these purchases for the photos of the "cool guys" goes out to each individual minus the production and shipping costs. if ymh sign's off on it with dedication to give our cool guys what they are owed from the purchases; i think it would be a beautiful example for anyone in the media businesses to entertain and follow. I mean c'mon some of these guys are beneath six feet without a soul related to them that's alive to remember them and we as a community in ymh studios still respect the recorded memories of all the cool guys. since each and everyone of these people that are presented on the podcast are acknowledged on some level i think that this merch model would be appropriate to set into action.
I’m actually friends with RPC and have talked to him directly about it, and I’m still as confused as anyone as to why he is pissed at the Mommies. He thinks they are making fun of him… which is true, but he is missing the part where he is celebrated. Also, he is tired of New York and wants to leave, but doesn’t have the resources to do so which is probably part of the problem. Give him a second, he deserves a spot on the wall.
@germ2450 it's literally not. you think if he hydrates he's going to gain 20lbs back? don't be silly. I'm an issa certified personal trainer and have helped multiple people loose over 100lbs. I'm 6 feet 198, 7% body fat. maybe I know what I'm talking about mr. germ2450
Y'all need to have Jason Ellis on immediately to talk about this cap report. And yes I would be nervous for this one enny cuz I feel another challenge coming 😂
As a personal fan of all things hilarious and completely closed minded objective defining blatantly. I must contest the hypothesis in your panic attacks. 3 years ago I may have believed Enny, and accepted the Captitude involved in the Mayo definition. But I brought my children one day to a beautiful beach for a quick play and while we packed up I sat down in my driver seat completely calm and collected. And I then watched who I can only describe as the grim reaper, meagerly fumbled his decrepit body from his Porsche frontseat. The hundred mile state directly into my eyeballs sent me into a desperate clinge to my lungs as I hyperventilated while thinking about becoming that old and scaring my own children through out 5 years of my cruel existence to only constantly be screamed at in fear as my mouth is held permanently locked in a just broke my jaw, is that an angel? Complex gaze. Read into your literature Enny, this time your findings have been debunked. Totally Patriot signing out. I've been motivated to also attend the new York marathon , though I'll have to run from Minnesota. Keep it high and tight!
Tbf to them, not many can engage with their audience for over an hour every week multiple times a week. And you will have to love podcasting to do it consistently. Some do it because its a decent income source.
I'll say I totally get thinking panic attacks are exxagerated. It has beocme one of those things where a lot of people where are just having a stressful, or even very stressful moment will call it a panic attack, or maybe they're having severe anxiety, and that is terrible in its own right. It's kind of like the waters of using the term "midgraine" have been muddied. A true migraine isn't just a bad headache. It is debilitating. Panic attacks are the same. Your first few, you often think you're having a heart attack or stroke. I remember I completely lost the ability to speak and could barely move, my hands clenched into weird claws and my extremeties went numb. A true panic attack often involves dissassociation, you lose your sense of self, your ego, in the world, and rationally can't really comprehend things normally. Coming back from that partciular flavor of panic attack is like coming down from a salvia trip almost, you have to slowly recognize, "I'm me... this is a chair i'm sitting in, I can talk, etc." But often, if you experience frequent panic attacks, you get better at managing them. My first however many I couldn't operate a phone. I could barely hold one. My heart would be beating out of my chest and it does feel iike you might die right then. I won't go into too many details, but I'd sort of equate it to the feeling of getting punched in the nose unexpectedly, or taking a strong hit to the face like that, except less painful, more of the blindsided numbness. As you experience them more you can function better and you are better at bringing yourself out of them. I can text (badly with terrible grammar, like a caveman) when I'm experiencing one now. The real "cap" is people calling their anxiety a panic attack. Someone experiencing a panic attack might seem comatose, genuinely physiaclly lost, surprised by what is going on around them, scared but unable to act on their fear. I know you guys are joking around and what-not, but as someone who unfortunately has experienced enough of them to know them well, I wouldn't wish them on any passer-by. Maybe a horrible person, a killer. I'm sure they get them, too, if they're not totally psychotic. It is a hellish thing to experience. You often get an adrenaline drop and so even after the attack is over you are wired and shaky for an hour or two. People who experience them a lot start to be able to feel them coming on, usually from quite far away. That doesn't mean you can prevent, though, just that you can prepare.
Freddie Mercury was reportedly bisexual, but most people who knew him seem to think he was at least primarily gay. This is also alluded to in the remi Malik film.
Really hoping Nadav can maintain the progress 🔥 even if he don't make the time, the fact that he's actually commiting to lose weight and get in a better shape is 100% worth it 🔥 also would be funny to see brent kusher being the only fat person in 2 bears studio 😂
Imagine YMH in a sciff with David Grusch😂 getting into deep conversation about the topic, one of them cracks a joke and Nadav’s laughter echos throughout the sciff😂
I think he grew up without a father. Gives me very liberal vibes. Also thinks everything is cap but kinda is cap himself. But plays good ball. Lol he really destroyed hiss co worker.
I'm glad Tom finally talked about H-Bomb and the boys, you can tell he's been itching to squeeze him into the pod somehow. Christina was really into it too. When someone talks about their heroes, you can really see their eyes light up.
i usually have to stop watching this show bcz it's too negative and im already too much of a negative person lmao, but this nadav thing rly makes me happy. i love when ppl with money just decide to do something fun and super healthy. nadav is the sweetest
Christina’s angry grocery man story resonated with me so much. I’m also a non-confrontational queen and I dream of having a moment like that. My jeans were SO HIGH and SO TIGHT for main mommy jeans!! Inspirational ❤
