Sakaja should also revamp the CBD cabros and put underground recess lights for aesthetics especially around Nairobi times square(achieves) and continue the great work of once in a while pressure washing the cabros at night just to maintain the colour and remove the brown eyesore colourilization

I was with a friend of mine from the Namibia in CBD and when we reached archives he told me that we are sitting on a marketing value that could change Nairobi's tourism drastically, he said the place had significant resemblance to Times square in NY due to the wide pedestrian way surrounded by the LED TVs. Potential of dubbing Nairobi as the New York of Africa is huge.

This is good. Kigali, Rwanda has something similar like this and they close all the main roads a few times per month for everyone to enjoy biking, jogging, walking, rollo blading etc.

But at least we have clean public toilets even if we pay for them. I almost peed on myself at New York Times Square had it not been for a kind Starbucks employee who allowed me to use their washrooms. No public toilets in sight... I was sooo shocked. Anyway that was 2019 I guess they could have them now.

I only hope the Chinese contractor building the huge pedestrian underpass at Uhuru highway will do aesthetic finishing like they do in Shanghai , infrastructure like those make really good Instagram photos

@@amoskatana702 well, the boy there mentioned the four corners to go and meet/physically join. A parent with a busy schedule and not on social media too would miss out on signing up a child that's interested. Adding a website to the other options would help too. It shouldn't be the only way of course, This new age stuff should leverage on all available platforms.
