So what they did was they gave it to him, but in transferring the land, created a title deed that wrote out the land as well as its value as if it was an actual purchase (even though they probably gave it to him for free). Whatever Brian did with that house, maybe he tore it down, maybe it's still, regardless it's his. It makes it easier for him to pay the land arrears and for his future kids to inherit etc.

Bridget is the most negative woman I have never seen all my life. She can say something today and tomorrow she twists the story around. Noti have a perfect energy and always uplift others when they are down.
