We began our trip at exactly 10am from Duruma road in Nairobi. I was booked VIP 3 at a cost of kshs 2100/usd16.my driver of the day was known as Saed Mbarak and conductor Kevin. On this particular day traffic along Nairobi-Mombasa highway was not heavy except around Athi river, Mariakani and near Mombasa city center.
we arrived in our stopover in Mtito Andei some minutes before 3pm where i had the perfect lunch which was also cost friendly. From there we proceeded to Mombasa and arrived some minutes before 8pm.
