NALSA v. Union of India, AIR2014
It is a landmark case of the Supreme Court of India. In this Judgement it was declared that the transgender people should be considered as the 'third gender'. It further stated that they have the same Rights to enjoy just like any other citizens. Article.14 of Constitution of India, Article.15 of the Constitution of India, Article.16 of the Constitution of India, Article.19 of the Constitution of India and Article.21 of the Constitution of India.
