Nama J2 vs Hurom H400. I have both so you don’t have to. Here’s my honest review of two of the most popular juicers on the market right now.

Hi Nilsa, thanks for using our H400 Easy Clean Slow Juicer and emphasizing its beautiful design. We hope you don’t mind us sharing some additional information in the comments related to the H400’s superior functionality. Despite its smaller size, the H400's integrated pulp container efficiently holds enough for two full 1100 ML juice containers, without overfilling, spilling, or needing to be emptied. The fact that the container is built-in to the juicer means that the H400 takes up less counter space, while producing the same superior quality juice product. The spinning brush in the J2 doesn't push juice to the spout; it just mixes the juice and cleans the chamber, although the motion creates more bubbles and foam, which can oxidize the juice, potentially harming its quality. That’s why Hurom created the H400’s inner chamber to have fewer parts - a reduced number of parts makes assembly & cleaning much easier. By contrast, the H400 does the same job with fewer parts and without the mesh attachment. Unlike the J2 with separate side spouts, the H400 has a single front spout, saving significant counter space, which we know is so important to our customers. The mentioned "attachments" for the J2 are currently sold separately and don't come with the juicer. Actually, the H400 is the FIRST juicer EVER to make sorbet without needing a separate ice cream strainer. With the H400, you won’t need to buy extra ‘attachments’ - it already comes with everything you need. Overall the H400’s fewer parts, easier cleaning access, and the ability to make sorbet without purchasing separate products make for an amazing juicing experience you can only enjoy with Hurom. Enjoy!

wow thanks so much for the detailed breakdown from the hurom company themselves (well at least the American distributor arm) the h400 has revolutionized my life with juicing after going through other juicers. unprecedented fast cleanup and superb juice. you have created a product that is unique and unmatched in juice making currently!

I need to buy one of these today (Cyber Monday) lol so I'm trying to decide...I like the Nama a bit more, but the H400 seems way easier to clean. Is Nama tougher to clean? I know I'll use it more if cleaning is a breeze lol.
@iamnilsa
@iamnilsa 10 месяцев назад
It’s not way easier. Honestly, they’re both pretty easy to clean. The mesh on the Nama isn’t hard because it comes with a good brush. They do have a sale today too! You can get $80 off if you use my code: NILSA80

Well as for time saving from the beginning to finish cleaning sorry but looks like the Hurom wins for time even if you have to empty pulp container n some people like to do just a glass worth of juice n will be only a few minutes to clean. I have had a juicer with the mesh it's a pain to clean even with the brush. Clearly you are bias as you are giving a discount on Jama. I would of like to see which one yield more juice to be a complete review. I will have to continue my research to see which one to pick! Hurom is also great for nut milk cleaning would a lot faster again then Jama
@iamnilsa
@iamnilsa 7 месяцев назад
To be completely honest I had the opportunity to be an affiliate with both companies. So, there’s no reason for me to be bias. I choose Nama (not Jama) because I prefer their juicer. I had months to use both juicers and I stand by what I said in the video. I did state it takes a little more time to clean because Nama J2 has one extra part, the mesh. I have also had other juicers and the mesh was more difficult, but this one isn’t. Which could be due to various reason, like the size of the holes. I definitely recommend watching other videos as well. Maybe there you’ll see how much juice each yields. And yes, everyone has different reasons as to why they would pick a juicer. For someone who juices religiously, like myself, I still recommend the Nama J2. Best wishes!
@Larss70
@Larss70 Месяц назад
H400 it might be easier to clean however pulp container and juice collector must be frequently emptied and you need another container to mix juice if you are making more than 20oz. I got J2 with large hopper and large pitcher set . Both 3 Litter

Thanks! Needed this review about the attachments, the Hurom H400 doesn`t have, but I would like to know if both have the same quality about sorbets and nut milks, do you think the hurom is good enough for this? even without any attachment.
@iamnilsa
@iamnilsa 10 месяцев назад
I haven't made sorbets with both, so I can't give an honest comparison. I can tell you that from the videos that other people have shared, it looks like both actually make pretty good sorbets and nut milks. They have the same Rated Voltage - 120 V and Rated Frequency - 60 Hz . But Nama has Rated Power Consumption of 200 W while Hurom has only 150 W.

H400 is by far superior in every way. you don't need a separate attachment to make sorbets or nut butters. you should at least read the product manual before reviewing. the nama J2 is old technology with the screen. it was invented by Hurom, and Hurom manufactures it for nama. Hurom also sells it under their own name as well, the h320. Hurom invented cold pressed juicing over 20 years ago and currently produces most cold pressed juicers, including the nama. nama on the other hand is a master marketing company that is why you are getting the discount to promote it unknowingly. as well they have minions across the internet that flood the review sites small and large to pump the brands promoting arm. I am just an avid juicer sharing information that might help others from being misguided and misinformed.
@iamnilsa
@iamnilsa 4 дня назад
You can assume that I didn't read the manual if you'd like. Keep in mind, I did not say anything incorrect about Hurom. I also had the opportunity to work as an affiliate with Hurom, but I choose Nama based on my personal experience using both juicers. I, myself, is also an avid juicer, which is why I gave the review I did. It's totally fine if you disagree with my opinion on the review of these juicers. However, please do not state things like I am "misguiding or misinforming" other when I have not said anything incorrect about either company. Have a blessed day 🙏🏽

@@iamnilsasorry I'm not trying to sound rude, but you stated in your review that only the nama can make sorbet and not butter because of the extra included attachment and this is completely false. again it is clearly stated in the h400 manual that it can easily make sorbets and not butter without even needing any extra attachments. again your review would be more helpful to people I you read the manual before reviewing. it would certainly make your reviews more accurate. regards
@iamnilsa
@iamnilsa 4 дня назад
@@rainham1 you are incorrect. I never stated that the H400 cannot make sorbet or nut milk. At the 3;42 mark, I actually put words on the screen stating that BOTH can make sorbet and nut milk. I verbally stated that you need an attachment for Nama to make sorbet. Once again, you should really stop assuming I did not read the manual.
@rainham1
@rainham1 4 дня назад
where anywhere in the video do you say that the H400 can make sorbets and nut butter? including at the 3.42? btw the sorbet or nut butter comes out to the pulp side container. it is clearly stated in the h400 manual.
@iamnilsa
@iamnilsa 4 дня назад
@@rainham1 I’ve already explained this in my previous comment. You assumed I didn’t read the manual, you commented that I said things that I didn’t, and now you’re throwing in what side the sorbet comes from as if I even said anything about this. Unfortunately, It really seems like you’re just stuck on being right about something. So hey, you got it.

HI, i know that nama and hurom is made by same company. can you tell me if the hurom h200/400 juice container is identical to the nama j2 juce container? I want to know because the nama j2 has a pulp strainer acessories that can be place on top of the juice container and I want to get that for my hurom h200. thanks

No, they are identical. So the accessories from Nama won't fit on the Hurom.
