Trying out movie sword techniques from Akira Kurosawa's Sanjuro.
came across this scene and thought it looked cool & seems like a realistic technique - so thought i give it a try!
I had to watch and rewatch multiple times and even slow down to footage only to find there are some tiny details that is not easily visible, sometimes due to where both actors are standing and how fast they execute it!
Do you know they only shot the scene with only a single take??
from the long dialogue down to the kill!
