It’s excellent on tile and Follow up with an OP unit with micro pad . After 30 years using turbos wands everything else, I’ve converted to this machine and the OP unit for all floors. No more worry about baseboards swelling from to much turbo water around. I’ve had my NamCo 5000 now for 2 years and use it a lot and it’s still running strong with no problems.

I received mine today and cleaned my tile, painted concrete floors, and a room of commercial glue down carpet. For me it's main use will be hard wood floors and I can't wait till the next wood floor job lol. I love it!

I like it! Can’t wait to see it at work. I been watching Courtney killing the game in the wood floor space. Big revenues there 🤑🤑 I’m researching a Simple yet effective route to possibly offer the clean & recoat service as well. It’s gotta be painless and time efficient for me. 👍🏻

I hear ya. Basically your orbital with a screen, A machine like the Namco or the Powr-flite Is all you need for a screen and recoat. But yeah I like the machine

Definitely can’t wait to see it on carpets. I use the multi wash as well . But definitely interested in getting me namco. Love the size and the 24lb weight would definitely be a benefit for me

You should test this on cleaning and extracting commercial carpet. The videos for the competition of these, the Rotowash, show it cleaning greasy heavily soiled commercial carpet. Leave the recovery tank in for that. The Rotowash is dang expensive, though.

I make sure to see it at work I've been watching Courtney as well and he is killing it at the hardwood floors but his videos are strictly customer base so there's no one boxings how to so nothing like that so that's why I like to see how it's going to work for you. 👍😎

Yeah stay tuned Ill probably use it on every carpet job foe agitation. There is no doubt it works well for standard cleaning of wood floors. Its similar to the multi wash I've been using for years

Still looking for option to clean a textured/ribbed tile floor? I was thinking the Clarke ma10 12e, but this looks like a much more affordable option (would do the job)

Are brush set prices comparable on the two machines? I’m the guy who pointed you toward checking out Courtney using it btw. :-) I got my used, same as new Multiwash about a week ago. I hope I don’t wind up regretting it vs. the Namco. If it does as good of a job at a lower weight I probably will. :-). The brush set price could be a factor.

Nice 👌....crbs are pricey and run at 480 rpms atleast the Whittaker ones(i have 4😬)...I think that namco is nice but depending on the price point too....I bought a multi wash recently at sams club online for about 1200 w shipping...if its around the same price then personally wud stick to a multi wash....even if it is abit heavy and bulky...I just think for the price , it makes more sense too me.....have you done encap with the namco? Have u tried leaving that tray inside to see if it catches the soil? Thanks man....

Never encap with it but have left try in and keeps machine much cleaner and extremely easy to clean. But yeah I still love my multi wash

You had this machine for a while now and I’m currently thinking of getting a smaller 10 inch crb because I have a heavy 17 inch or the Namco 5000 which way you think I should go?

UPDATE: I did not get the answer, but I watched a few videos of him using it and he said it was very delicate. I went ahead and bought it (battery powered version) anyway in December 2022. It's now March 2023 and I regret buying it! It's super cheap material, very delicate pastic. I have only used it a few times and the handle already broke on it and the battery started malfuntioning. I am an owner/operator nobody else uses the machine but me and I am very careful when I use it and it still breaks. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service with no luck so far. If your thinking about buying a Namco 5000, I would say don't do it! Save your self the hassel and buy the Powerflite or something else!

It seems like it’s made for hard surface floors but you say it’s powerful enough to do pre-agitation for carpet? Does the motor seem powerful enough?

Yes it is actually made for cleaning carpet as soon as you lift it takes off. I like it

It's super cheap material, very delicate pastic. I have only used it a few times and the handle already broke on it and the battery started malfuntioning. I am an owner/operator nobody else uses the machine but me and I am very careful when I use it and it still breaks. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service with no luck so far. If your thinking about buying a Namco 5000, I would say don't do it! Save your self the hassel and buy the Powrflite muliwash or something else!

@@Chris-sc5jg i bought like a year ago afterll the corded one ,,,,,,,,it disapointed me it was a pain to use not hapy at all,,,,,,,,i dont buy nothing commerical anymore ,,,,,,,theres a reson you dont see any reviews on commerical stuff there no good people dont buy them,,,,,,now if i dont see revies on amazon,,,,,home depot etc i wont buy it was 2 grand wasted i probaly hve used it on like 5 total jobs ....too cumbersome ,,,,too finicky

So, after about 8 months of using this machine, which is your go to? Namco or Powr Flite? I'm going to upgrade out of a crb. I'm leaning more towards Powr Flite. Your thoughts? I do all surfaces.

Powr-flite it better made but the Namco is amazing light. I would say if you have a crb. Ad the Namco for everything hard service. Or just be careful with it. I go back and forth between the 2. My helper is a little rough on tools so I let him use the powr-flite most of the time.

Thanks for the update GT! I ordered the Powr flite 14" multiwash yesterday. After lots of research, I figured that one would be easier to find brushes and other parts for going forward. Plus if I ever want to sell it and upgrade to something else, Powr-flite has a more we'll known name and will be easier to sell.

@@DaveLewerenzCleaning I noticed Tommy never has the collection dish on when scrubbing carpet. I always have it on. More to clean up on the machine. But less to extract when gas is burning. Lol.

I just bought the Namco floor wash 1000 it cleans good but shut off twice on first clean. Does this machine have an issue with overheating ? Because for the price it definitely should not be doing this
