Even if I love Charlie, I love Bilbo more, because he's better developed as a character and the audience could watch his mental journey during The Hobbit trilogy. Hers not so, because the whole first season of Hazbin Hotel was done in a rush and she didn't get touched on as much as other characters of the show.

But for DBS, it's different as all angels from Universes 1 to 11 are at a higher point of power and their father, the Grand Priest is the only angel to be beyond that pinnacle of power from the rest of them. And this would explain why Goku isn't able to reach that power limit and beat any of the angels. But he can beat Hazbin Hotel's angels as Goku has infinite speed that is technically immeasurable even with Instant Transmission. And even with their angelic weapons, they would be overpowered easily since right now, if you want to go by manga or anime, Goku had been training with Beerus and Whis in Super for the Tournament of Power and had overpowered enemies like Frieza in Resurrection F when he went into Golden Frieza with Super Saiyan Blue which goes above the limits of a god. Sorry for the long explanation.
