I think it’s harai goshi into koshi guruma. Because he’s lifting dude up on himself and doing a sweeping hip throw (harai goshi) then finishes with a headlock hip throw “hip wheel” which is a koshi guruma. An uchi mata is a an inner thigh throw. I wasnt really seeing that displayed. The thrower “Tori” did hook a foot on the go over, but there was no inner thigh throw or reap really. Good eye on calling that first one!❤
Idk the official name but we were taught as hip toss counter. When someone drives on a single leg you use their momentum,pull across the head and pull the other arm for a lateral motion, same time whizz kick/ Uchida mata across hip , and release the head when they're up to get more torque. Fall down if you think you nearly got it but they haven't gone over.
I think that is just a modified Judo throw called an UchiMata and then followed up with a modified whip around/ Uchimata cause of the leg assistance but I prefer the whip around or the cement job it’s amazing at passing legs and surprising opponents if you are an explosive type
