Prepare this Namkeen Gosht for your dinner and impress your guests. Easy and simple mutton recipe, that teaches you how to make namkeen gosht at home.
Recipe & Ingredients:
-2kg Mutton
-5-6 TBSP Oil
-2 TSP Black Pepper
-2 TSP Salt (or salt to taste)
-3-4 Green Chilies
-Ginger Slices
-Chopped Garlic (8-10 cloves)
In a pressure cook add 2 kg mutton, chopped Garlic (8-10 cloves), 2 tsp salt, 1 chopped green chilli, some slices of ginger and 1-1/2 cup of water. Cook the mutton on pressure for 20-25 minutes (depending on the size of mutton pieces).
After mutton is cooked on pressure add 2 tsp black pepper and cook it for 10 minutes until the excess water dries. After that add 5-6 tbsp oil and cook meat for another 10-15 minutes. After that we will add 2 slices green chilies and slices of ginger and our namkeen gosht is now ready to be served!
