Ingredients:
Mutton with fat 1kg
Onion 2-3
Tomato 1-2
Garlic 1whole
Ginger 2 inches
(cut in small pieces)
Green chilies
Black pepper
Salt
Procedure:
First marinate the cleaned mutton with salt and leave aside for 30 minutes. Meanwhile cut 2-3 onions in half. Clean a whole garlic. Cut a 2 inch ginger into small pieces. Cut 2 tomatoes in half. Slit some green chilies. After 30 minutes take a clay pot. Put the fats of the mutton in the first layer. Then layer the mutton pieces. Put all other ingredients inside the mutton. Cover it and seal with atta dough. Turn on the flame 🔥 and put the flame at lowest. Let it cook for 2.5 hours. Put off the flame. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Open the lid and serve with naan/ kulcha or any indian bread of your choice. Enjoy 😊
