I love your enthusiasm with bass rigs and mics. Even if I don't have a good amp at home and I record di. I was using at the university I was a m88 and I loved it. It was on a 400w Bassman with 2x15 cabinet, my best combo, the m88 close micing with a akg solidtube at distance and a Pzm inside the bass reflex port at the bottom
