@@sarvodaydutta1905 thanks for asking, but the govt's policy for Chinese manufacturer to setup manufacturing caused this delay. They had no backup and Chinese fucked up. The state BJP govt was sleeping for 3 yrs until then they realised that the civil work is now near completion and there is no update from Chinese. 1. Awarding contract to Chinese company thinking they will setup manufacturing in India 2. No followup with Chinese company for setup of manufacturing unit 3. No backup contractor in case Chinese back out 4. As a central backed project, no accountability of the status of all these blunders from state govt
