Because there are other options like shipping containers that can be turn into homes plus I saw a video where an African men turn plastic to bricks and build homes and pavement so where do we start cause there is so many ways homes can be built safe for ppl to live in without having anymore tragedies
Currently there is a Haitian option a Haitian engineer customized a house that can be built anywhere in the countryside costing 125000 gourdes that is less than $1300 US that should be adapted everywhere. The problem is how motivate everybody of that idea and the founding to help those people.
