I’m glad Kantanka is taking my suggestions serious.. now they need to have a train drivers of their own, who’ll market their products with passengers by explaining to Ghanaians how their cars are affordable, strong, fuel consumption etc.. 👉🏽🐢🐢🐢

No you don't understand the president he was talking in investment or business perspective, foreigners or other investors will not come to invest if there is war or misunderstanding in the country. The speculations was too much, people was giving misinformation concerning the currency.
When he says 'talk down your money' he means speculation in the financial sector. When people start speculating that the dollar is rising so much, more people now start to go and buy dollars (panic buying), which creates a shortage of dollars in the system. This is where demand and supply comes in. When there's more demand, the prices go up.
