@@luizaalmeidabraga i don't think so I think Nobu still loves her but Hachi would't leave her full of crap husband to be with him....we can still dream though:(
I have a girl who I've became friends with by the coincidence that we both shared the same name. Even our father's names were similar and we're so different yet we understand each other so well. She smokes and sings while I like drinking tea and writing xD it just hit me that our story is kind of similar to this anime that I've seen back in middle school. And now I'm in colleg.
Everyone around him is crying over their love stories, then there is Yasu that sacrifice himself for friendship, love, and his small family "Black Stone"
The truth is that Nana x Nana has the most chemistry in this series. Watching their stories of love and life's problems was an enlightening experience, but I really wouldn't mind if the two main characters became a couple at the end of the manga. Both have been through so much and supported each other, it is obvious that they love each other. but well, it seems that the author has no intention of completing the manga :(
Same, i always thought they were soulmates. In my personal opinion, Nana is a collection of love letters between the two. Oh well, at least in my perfect ending they are together
Even I have already rewatched the anime many times…. still get emptiness and depression every time! At the end I think Nana didn’t love Ren that much, Takumi actually needs Hachi more than Hachi needs him… But the point is how Nana regrets that she wasn’t gentle enough and didn’t understand Hachi when Hachi was fragile! They couldn’t go back, but dream about each other all the time….
Please read the manga and you will see how much Ren and Nana love each other… of course there are some distractions along the way! But they love each other so so much! Ren even told Yasu that “I will not give Nana to you even if I die!”! Plz read the manga!

@@Ug1yKarma Exactly... I watched Nana 5 years ago but still when I listen Nana's songs I feel depressed. Nana was so beautiful, it's not just an anime to me...
More than remind me of how much I love the anime and manga, this song jjst takes me back to being in middle and high school. It is not a time I want to go back to, but because it sucked but because It’s over. But it reminds me of things being simpler and not having to worry about a bunch of things. My life right now is great, but I…wish we lived in a time like back then, where we didn’t have things like covid and monkeypox and all these things happening all over the world.
The songs are beautiful but the anime broke me Somehow when I saw the whole anime it felt like something inside me awakened as if I didn’t knew love could hurt this much.
Been warned to watch it, as it would break your heart. Started nontheless, thinking nothing further. Didn't sleep all night - until it was over. Although I had important meetings in the morning. That much devotion this deserves. And then some. There are many great anime sagas (god bless!), but this one here is something special. Arguably the best!

The fact that Ai could give us a character who knowingly had an affair with a man, and didn’t give an F about it, but still make us love her, was amazing on her part. Granted, she was a minor and he was a teacher, but she was old enough to know better. She was cheated in and as horrible as jt js, it was karma getting back to her
Like you said, she was a minor and he was an adult in almost his 30s. He manipulated her and she was the victim just like any other ped0 relationships. It isn't a "she was old enough to know better" situation. She was a victim. That's all.
