The allowa is blindfolding them, forgotting they can have students loan and ask for good condition of service and comfortable salary and pay the loan without interest and live well ...buy a car and get good health care n good shelter ..... The youth are not wired for tomorrow but today ...get allowance and that is all while developed countries are paying fees and have socisl.interventions like bursary and scholarship for brillant but needy students and brillant students ....
