This is a taste test/review of Nancy’s Fudge Cup in four flavors including Peanut Butter Chocolate, Vanilla Chocolate, Butter Pecan and Raspberry Chocolate. They are made by Nancy’s Candy Co. in Virginia. They were $5 each at Newby Country Store.

I lived in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi and I always thought that was an odd name of a city,,, the Meadows of Dan is a really unique too, thank you for another great review

I hope we can go to the Apple Festival up in Elijay again this year. They have some seriously good homemade fudge... Also booking our tickets tonight, just need to do some stuff before I do so! Means we arrive in Atlanta on August 31st.

The recipe on the jar of marshmallow creme is super easy, inexpensive and absolutely delicious… I’ve made it so many times and always get asked for the recipe!!! Or to make it for someone (I’ve been paid to make it) the one bit of advice I’d give those making fudge… use the highest quality chocolate you can afford… I like Ghirardelli’s (aldis version is great too)… if you use cheap chocolate it will taste like cheap fudge… ❤️

You have to try the Ellenos Yogurt handcrafted in Seattle . It’s the BEST yogurt! I believe they sell it nationwide now at Whole Foods Stores. I love the marionberry flavor

Too bad the fudge didn’t taste so much better esp at the price. You have me so spoiled by z.cioccolato fudge. In fact I received an order a few days ago. Lol! I put in the freezer otherwise…trouble for me. Thanks so much. Have a great day.

I was going to say the same. Fudge is practically impossible to mess up, especially since there's foolproof ways to make it. Plus it's cheaper, to add... For the same price as one of those cups, I could make a whole tray of the evaporated milk fudge recipe I use. And your 2-ingredient fudge would be even cheaper!

These look nice as I like the packaging but for that price the product would need to be good and not just mediocre. Tablet is still my preference. Have you tried brigadeiro, they’re delicious, sweet and easy to make? Thanks for the review.

The raspberry fudge sounds great, I love those Whitman sampler chocolate creams. I’ve read that you can make 2 ingredient vanilla fudge by mixing white chocolate morsels/bark with condensed milk. Have you ever done that? I guess you could replace the chips with vanilla frosting? Not sure. I actually love Walmart peanut butter, do you think that tastes ok? It’s rare I don’t like something, but if you want bad (horrific, abominable) chocolate, get the Dollar Tree duplex cooks (chocolate cookie on one side of the ‘Oreo’, vanilla cookie on the other. The vanilla is fine, but that ‘chocolate’ cookie was so funky, like a melted candy bar mixed with pencil shavings (but worse).

Meadows of Dan is about an hour and a half from us. Rural area with country stores and restaurants. The name is unique. These just sound meh and would be a pass for me. I agree, you can make better fudge. Thanks for a great review.
