Nankhatai, is a traditional Indian biscuit. These eggless shortbread cookies are crunchy & crumbly but soft enough to melt in mouth and has a nice aroma of cardamom. Nankhatai can be made in many ways. In this video I have tried to show a very simple and basic method, without the use of any fancy tool, how to make these Bakery style Nankhatai biscuits easily at home.

| INGREDIENTS | Makes 16-18 nankhatai
• All Purpose Flour/Maida - 1 cup (150 grams)
• Tata Sampann Fine Besan - ½ cup (60 grams)
• Semolina/Suji/Rava - 3 Tbsp (35 grams)
• Powdered Sugar/Burra - ½ cup (100 grams)
• Baking powder - ½ tsp
• Ghee - ½ cup (125 ml)
• Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
• Milk - 2 t0 3 Tbsp
• Salt - 2 pinch
