Hey Daniel, I actually did cover this in "things I don't like" at around 6:00 mins! It will only work on an overcast / cloudy day. If its a sunny day, you will need a brighter fixture.

Don’t mean to photo bomb but yeah lol. The 300b is good for matching the sun but not over powering the sun. I have the fresnel lens it does add more light output, but not much.
