NanoITC Basic Operation - Yale CBIC 

After using a brand new syringe for 4-5 times, now the water to water tests don't look normal anymore and I get large irregular peaks for a simple water to water titration just like you did. What could potentially be the reason? Are the syringes for TA instruments good for only using ~5 times?

Can ITC be used for RNA protein complexes with Kd's of about one micromole?
