It seems this could apply to ultra sonic nebulizer water droplets with the inner particles being gold and weyl semimetal superconductors. If these droplets have a photonic wave and a Quantum Hall Effect through a magnetic field is applied, so that the resulting electron emitted could perhaps produce a hydrogen gas cloud.
