8 recursions if I'm not mistaken from Steve. HQ no iced for a long time so there is a point here but still. Is a card that increases your Influence by 50%, really good for health of the game? This level of pressure (similar to Hermes and Bankhar) for corp means slowing down dramatically to prevent crazy values or let the runner have double value from every copy of a card in the deck. DJ Steve is easily in over 70% of meta decks. Is that healthy?
I feel like Paul came weirdly close to fumbling the bag here. Not running back HQ penultimate turn after seeing so many Corp draws and the Corp having enough money to Biotic out a Luminal with Wage Workers on the board. Sure, that's a two card combo where one half is a one of, but when you're in the driver's seat I think assuming the worst is fine (it's not like Ysengrin could defend an agenda if he installed it in the remote, so FA is the way he's gonna be scoring). Also holding the Simulchips for next game (with two on board, I feel cracking one for an SMC after the Fermenter was fine unless Paul already had the Cup in hand at that point; letting a Drafter fire is disastrous and you know you're gonna run Archives at some point to kill Pelangi). That said, it's easy to armchair judge the game, and it seemed like the Deep Dives were on the bottom of the deck.
