Sad I’ll never be able to do this because I ain’t good at geometry Dash I can’t even beat dry out as proof I dont know why I’m bad at geometry Dash even if I’ve been playing it for weeks it makes no sense Lol I just hope I can beat a hard level sometime this year and I made a good level and I don’t Know how to make it public lol😂
this just looks damn easier without all of the visuals, like it look damn harder with all of them and easy without them, i think it can apply to most of the other levels i think
Most of the newer levels are hard because of the insane amount of decoration and transitions. Like most of the time I can't complete a Harder or Insane featured level but if I play less decorated levels of the same difficulty I beat them easily.
@@kevinderoo3880 i think most of the new ''hard levels'' are hard just because of the flashing lights, and not because of the obstacles, a good example is bloothbath, imo that level is hard bc of the obstacles more than just the flashing lights
@@blob316 True, I find it so weird that people refer to Bloodbath as the 'father of all levels/extreme demons', yet the newer extreme demons are nothing like Bloodbath except for the red hellish style. Bloodbath is hard because of the obstacles, newer demons are hard because of the decorations. A real shame if you ask me...
This is an awesome af Geometry Dash level, especially the remix of a Kirby song, I forgot which one but it was one of the boss themes in Kirby Return to Dreamland
That's actually how a lot of levels in video games in general are made. Start off by laying out how the level should go by placing temporary place-holder collision maps and whatnot before finally decorating and texturing everything.
@@jerrylewis1974 I think the guy meant, everyone who has ever played gd long enough to know what a demon is know that levels are built before they are decorated
@@Baoboyxm it IS botted, look at 1:16 (the waves almost do the exact same movement, might have changed a bit from the coordinations where the bot should go)
@@onioncutterninja1535 exactly! Like I remember playing most of these games years ago and it was fun. Knowing these games because of nostalgia that’s happening like almost every week! Oh…The Memories of these games are magnificent for us to compare to them! 😁👍
Dude I knew I recognized that song and then the sweet relief of knowing I was right in saying it was a Kirby song at 0:45 when the beat kicked in was awesome. That’s the boss theme from Kirby’s return to dreamland!
I was literally just thinking the other day that when you try to speedrun a New Super Mario Bros Wii level, it sort of plays out like a geometry dash level. I then come across this video that shows a geometry dash level in the format of a mario level.
Me, i was all confused on some things. but i have never played a mario or sonic game (mostly because im poor and cant afford a switch) and so i didnt play or watch whatever that tv thing was
4:30 sorry but is that the the one about an unfortunate girl who has terrible parents and dies in the beginning of the game and tries to collect sparkle energy to make her mom happy

I don't think that it is the decorations fault that people fail, it is the players fault for letting themselves get distracted with the decorations, like if you just completely ignored the background, then you would do a load better, however, your brain likes to not ignore things unless it happens a load (so that your brain just gets tired of it and ignores it (like your nose, which is always in your vision but your brain just ignores it) ), and because the level background is constantly changing, your brain focuses or that, and not on the actual level.
