while filming my bit / part for the mini doc - "Air America - Nantucket" I managed to get my own footage. Restricted by time, weather, and wind...this is what I managed to shoot! Enjoy!
I have been to Nantucket twice for the Dickens Christmas. I love this island SO much. I want some of my ashes left there and a bench saying Mom's heart was left here. :) Insanely cold though - temp 26, wind chill 14. One of my favorite most loved places!
My favourite author lives there, if I go i might see one of her characters around the place, they're that real to me. Great Point looks utterly amazing. I cried when I saw we were gonna swoop in for a view.
This is a beautiful piece ,, My wifes family was light house keeper at sanctity light house (Larson) , We try and go every year 40 years for me since my father in law graced me with going with them on there vacation , But the Larsons and Walters we from there....This now feels like home,, Thank you for this amazing video,,brings a tear.
This is the most stunning & breath taking videoography of ACK that I have ever seen.I was raised there and never took the time to embrace the island with my spirit.Now that I'm older and wiser,I see the deep essence of all that I experienced growing up in Nantucket..I feel humbly priveledged to have roots and family still there.It is certainly a blessing to know Nantucket..Alot of areas in this video stirred up old memories.Thank You!

Beautiful. I used to teach school and I couldn't wait until the last day because in 2 days I knew I would be flying to Nantucket. I went every summer for around 15 years then started going sporadically. I haven't been back since 2013 but I have been thinking a lot about going this fall and after seeing this I need to. I always went in the summer and one time I went in the spring (March/spring break and everything was dead) and one time in December (Christmas Stroll). December is magical at Christmas time on Nantucket. This video will help me show people why it is such a great place.

Doug Demuro made a house review on Nantacket Island. I felt like I should check about that Island... ended up in your video... Living in an Island is my Life Goal. I just put this Island in my list.

+Lily Metcalfe you are allowed to fly within 5 miles of an airport as long as you notify the tower of where you're going to be flying also if you're flying below the tree line it really doesn't matter.
+Lily Metcalfe yes those are the rules I was also playing well below any normal aircraft as well as I know the flight patterns given that I live in the area I'm not trying to be argumentative but it was safe to fly every time
BSGT2TREKFAN88 I enjoy it. Know the owner of one of those houses right where you were flying over at the tip of the beach. Really enjoy being out there away from the bustle of town. Great video as usual.

Rich Republicans. Go to Martha's Vineyard. Up island You do know if you see A seal there's a white shark right there? Look at the estates. Water views no access. It's cliffs falling into the ocean
