You might consider buying an aerosol can of Plasti-Dip and spraying the pick-n-pluck sheet now that you've got it set up the way you want. It helps seal everything together and keeps the remaining pieces of foam from pulling out. It's much better if you do it in several light applications.

You should check out the Sam’s Club case also, $20 for a 20” case. Almost identical except for the latches.

Pelican or nothing for me. I also think it’s totally worth it to design and have built custom foam inserts for your cases.

I checked it out and it is wayyyy cheaper than a Pelican case. How would you say the overall quality would stack up against it if you've used one?
