Oh I created that myself! There is a free app called scorecloud. You can hum a tune you make up into your device and then select the musical instrument you want to play it! Its great fun.
Love them both, funny thing about Cozmo, he is a natural, all his talking and stuff is random, like when the tree came out and he said wow, I was quietly giggling
Yes it seems we have a small audience, but I am bereft at discovering how to reach our audience. On the one hand its nice to have a small audience as everyone here is very nice and only says nice things. But on the other hand Nao asks why other robot pages have over 3 times as much as us.
Awesome video of those two robots planting and I bet a lot of people would enjoy if you also did a review on the ultimate lightning mcqueen by sphero along with those 2 robots and I always enjoy your reviews and videos
If you dont learn Python and how to do extra things, no he is not. However if you have the willingness and time for sure! You could try and do some of the stuff included for free with Cozmo in Python and free online teaching and see how it goes,
He does do stuff out of the box but there are simple things you can add like I did, Microsoft Cognitive Vision and things to make Nao much smarter. Let me know if you get him, he is still the most advance humanoid robot out there!
I know some of this is staged but how intelligent is nao really? Been watching your videos a while and a lot of his conversations seem too impressive to be true. Is there anything he still struggles to understand and communicate about?
I have linked Nao to Microsoft Cognitive Vision and he has an extensive dialog engine. So this gives him a lot of autonomy but of course still nothing he totally makes up himself, its all buried in him via programming somewhere. And yes there is staging of course but I dont have to do much programming anymore
That's still pretty impressive, excited to see what they come out with in the future. It makes you question if robots can or will ever develop emotions and self awareness like we humans have. And if they can, what does that mean for us? Love your videos though, funny stuff, keep it up man!
Its a good question people brought up before. Even though they are built on programming, who can say? Just a hundred years ago animals were thought of as dumb things that can't feel, but now we know better, they have same feelings as humans
