One thing i noticed of his behavior was he has very sharp senses. He instantly knew the moment he arrived that sudo and kotoko agreed to meet because of them and because he was laughing at their reaction evrytime they drew closer.

I also like Naoki for this exact reason. Growing up, I struggled with emotions and actually have a very low EQ. I thought I was doing alright until people started opening up to me about how "dry" or rude I can be. To me, it was my version of interacting with people beyond my capacity. Because of Naoki, I felt represented.

We all have different ways to show our love for someone. That's just naoki's way of showing it. He's confession was just like a typical nerdy but weird kid out there. He sticks to what he believe is logical but at the same time accepted the challenges along with his experiences when with her

@@zylamortienio7437 I can understand that everyone has their own way of confession....but the situation is still provocative So... somehow I accepted that he was struggling to show his feelings to her so that she wouldn't give up on him .

@@abanoodbebobebo6053 yes he looked like struggling you could see it from his expressions. For an introverted person like him you need to look into him closely. You will notice subtle hints on his facial expressions and glances at her than just relying purely on the way he speaks. As unbelievably as it sounds. Naoki's true characters was rude and if i must say he is stuck on his own self. And doesn't recognize difficulties and hardships because he is used to learn everything quickly unlike any other. But because of kotoko's influence and her impact to him he begun to step up and look at the bigger picture outside of his own world where he was the Almighty considering the fact that he has a 200 IQ. That's why he wanted to move out. And because kotoko has a tendecy to over react he wanted to make sure she understands that his already considering her as a potential lover. But being too blunt about it would crush his pride so he have to explain it in a more poetic way aligned with how he thinks.

1:17 I also realised that Kotoko called "dear" to Sudo while they were putting up the act, but never such loving words to Naoki, even after they were married.

Sa ep na to niya na realize na yung understanding ni kotoko ng dating is ang ikasal agad sila. Kumbaga sort of ultimatum. Is either we remain friends or we became husband and wife. 1:30 I think girls who focus on his father’s money as an attribute turns him off as it suggests ulterior motives for liking him, Kotoko doesn’t do this.

11:58 he’s telling her this because he’s planning on moving out to prepare himself to be a head of a household; and, he knows she will take it personally as him running away from her. So, he wants to soften the blow of his future actions. He wants to court her on his own terms and not under his mother’s thumb.
