To be honest, I knew Adachi was the guy thanks to the hentai doujin, but Namatame threw me for a loop for a similar deduction: everybody who got thrown the TV was a girl or Kanji that, is well, not exactly manly. I already knew Adachi was misogynistic because of the doujin, so I thought the big reveal was that he did everything because of a hate for women and disgust towards Kanji for being feminine, and Namatame was being controlled by some kind of hypnosis or something(I was novice to Persona, I didn't knew if Personas could or could not do that).
