Upon buying it and listening to it for the first time in March 5, 1995( my 20th birthday), I was disappointed that it was really slow compared to older albums. But now I considered it to be their best of all albums!

During "Nazi Punks", I finally figured out why Barney keeps losing his place: NOT A SINGLE MONITOR at the front of the stage. DUDE CAN'T HEAR SHIT. That had to be so frustrating.

I've never found a live performance of TWIST THE KNIFE from the time it was new! Great stuff

The shorts! Thats the definition of grind core!

This album Is probably the Best grindcore death album album in Music!!!!.......its full of Great songs, Great lirics, and its very creepy, but songs beautifully descriptes the title of the album - fear, emptines, despair!!!...........the only album that Had impact on me like Napalm Death Is fear Factory - soul of a new machine!!!

Damn I miss ahen they played album tempos and there was actually groove and dynamics in their performance, and not that rushed thing they do now.

In the first live clip when they were doing 'I Abstain', I thought there was some crazy woman on stage in a blue dress... until I realised it was Barney Greenway in a pair of shorts!
