During our time in Cappadocia we stayed at the Nar Cave House. Although we had originally booked two nights we liked it so much we extended our stay until the end of the week taking whatever rooms were available. It's an amazing hotel with many twists, turns, tunnels, and of course: stairs to explore. The best area is the dining room, which offers an amazing view out over the valley where one can sit and relax all day long! The staff also are amazing and deserve a huge shout out for treating us so well every second of our stay. Nar is pretty far away from the touristy towns of Goreme and Uchisar, which is both a pro and con depending on what you're trying to do there. For us it was nice to take a break from the touristy chaos and we would definitely return here again!
