hi, question- how often or how less often should we use the bentonite clay? should we use it interchangeably with regular fluoride toothpaste? or should we replace bentonite with rhassoul (or ghassoul) clay?? thank you.

There isn't necessary a definitive answer to this, as branded toothpastes in Australia and most modern countries need to meet certain criteria, which includes how abrasive they are on your teeth. With natural products like bentonite and rhassoul or any clay for that matter, there’s just no guarantee that either will not be too abrasive and therefore scratch your teeth away over time!
