In this reaction we continue our series on the 10 avatars of Lord Vishnu from Hindu Saga titled: Narasimha Avatar - Fourth Avatar Of Vishnu | Dashavatar. Narasimha, the fourth avatar of Lord Vishnu, manifests as a formidable half-man, half-lion deity, embodying the god's protective and fierce nature. This avatar emerged during the Satya Yuga to vanquish the tyrant demon king Hiranyakashipu, who had acquired near-immortality through a boon that prevented his death by man or beast, inside or outside, day or night, and by any weapon. To circumvent these conditions, Vishnu incarnated as Narasimha-neither man nor beast-and killed Hiranyakashipu at twilight (neither day nor night), on the threshold of a palace (neither inside nor outside), using his claws (neither weapon nor tool). Narasimha's ferocity symbolizes the divine's unwavering commitment to protect righteousness (dharma) and to uphold the cosmic order.
