My dear whoever you are Mother Ganga was born from the lotus feet of Lord Vishnu her vehicle is a crocadile , Ganga is the pure controller of rivers, seas and oceans . She is like the daughter of Maha Lakshmi who is the wife of Lord Vishnu.
This video according to my observation and hindi knowledge, that part shows the family seems to be ardent devotees of shri Ganga Devi i do not like to make assumptions but this is their way of sharing a memory of the loved one they lost.
