Oh my god... I LOVE this song, possibly even more than Lamune 79's The strings and the music box-like melody is just mesmerizing. And also, the moments this plays in the game, just makes it perfect. And this is coming from someone who loves techno for a living.

Because the original song was actually just a remix of a theme from another visual novel entirely made by a different company than stage-nana in 1999 and thus couldn't rightfully be reproduced on a soundtrack released by Sekai Project without getting legal consent from the devteam of Shuumatsu no Sugoshikata, Abogado Powers, which would have taken more effort than Sekai Project was willing to spend. So it's not on the fucking soundtrack.

Original version allegedly is at ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-klSEU5Xk5Cg.html Granted, sounds are somewhat bland, 1980-s Yamaha/Microsoft MSX computers. Allegedly they only had basic FM (freq. modulation?) and did not had much richer Yamaha MIDI sound bank. There are traces in google of both MSX v-novel and "paperback" ranobe or manga, but seems there is no downloadable translated materiel. Short description seems like one plot line of Shute's "On a Beach" retold into Japanese School theme. Maybe not. The tune is genius... But the original game would probably bit-rot into oblivion, alas. That, assuming it was up to the song, which it hopefully was.

@@AriochThe original game is at file-hunter, msx2 category (google if you want) under the name The World Is Drawing To An W End, music is great, but no traces of it in internet (except ancient videos from niconico). So not only this song is great but whole OST.
