Sergio Perez , they probably will, Don Berna, the fat guy took over all of Medellin Cartel assets and labs and set up the Oficina de Envigado Cartel out of the former Medellin Cartel, this Cartel deals directly with El Chapo's Sinaloa Cartel and Chapo was a huge sponsor of the 2013 treaty that Oficina de Envigado made with their rivals which means El Chapo depended a lot on Medellin for drugs.
