@@Rembrandtswagster didn’t realize anybody replied to this haha. It was just funny cause the gift was bacon soap and then Hodgy goes “what kinda bacon?” Like I doubt they make Turkey bacon soap lol u catch my drift
who knew a group of young artists who raps about the most gruesome things can be more respectful than sonic youth, a popular band that acted like dicks for no reason
Being 19 at this time in 2011, I thought everyone here was being their genuine self. Not to beat the dead horse of this comment section but Looking at it now, I clearly see that Tyler was truly being himself while Hodgy was not and was trying to fit in. Tyler, Jasper, Taco & Earl all share the exact sense of humor since they grew up together. Even with Earl separating himself from Tyler & OF, he still acts the same way. Hodgy, Left Brain, Syd, Mike & Domo were all essentially talent add-ons to OF due to Earl literally being on an Island leaving Tyler as the only talent in the group with a cast of comedians behind him.. Hodgy is naturally more chill like the kid in school who smells like cigarettes, skates, gets bitches & the teachers love him. While Tyler is the kid who yells out "this shit g*y as hell" while popcorn reading chapter books in class, or randomly stands on his desk, farts real loud then laughs about it (Only how Tyler can). Looking back with hindsight you could tell the relationship between Hodgy and Tyler wasn't gonna last. What an awesome time to be a teen tho.
Not temporary. But replacements nonetheless. Syd came around because she’s taco sister and taco was Tyler’s friend. Earl was Tyler’s friend before he decided to rap. Tyler was doing music before all of them. I’m not trying to argue bro. I appreciate all OF family lol. Just saying Hodgy wasn’t being himself and it shows.
The best part about the endings is that they never realise his commitment. They all just goof around until it gets awkward and he is still going strong.
