Well U.S.A will help a little bit , usa will only help for its gain just like the cold war. Usa and india are mainly economic allies. Russia is more bigger ally who trades weapons. But russia can't help as russia is a mutual ally for both china and india. Usa goal is to setup it's sphere of influence in East Asia .
