A panther is legit just a leopard/jaguar that is melanistic And if ya wanna get into more technical lions tigers are also panthers as thier in the genus panthera Just thought I’d share my life science nerdyness
@@RedRaikou i didn’t have a point I was just geeking out fam Did you know thier was a member of the panthera genus native to America known as panthera atox (may have spelled that wrong) it’s the largest in the genus that we know of What’s your fave big cat, mines the snow Leopard and jaguar
@@garrettlich7140 I think the the Amur Leopard is the most beautiful big cat followed by yes the Jaguar and Snow Leopard. Also that species you mention the Panthera Atox I looked it up it is the extinct North American Lion from the Ice age, I once saw a documentary about them.
