Sir, when I asked my family about doing some investment in gurgaon, I was ignored (I am very younger for these things). They said ki gurgaon main Jamin pe kabza ho skta hai, aur agar flat le to ho skta hai ki rent pe rehne vala kuch kr skta hai as we are far from gurgaon. Can I get some clarity on that 😊
Sir you are absolutely true My father bought a wrong land then kabzaa hogaya,waaris ka lafra The issue resolved after 7-8 years. We got back the invesment amount,but in those tenure,the price increased 3 times,and had the plot been on main road(it was inside a gully),the increase in price is 6 times . From 5 lakhs/720 sq.ft to 30 lakhs/ 720 sq.ft We could have easily had 1-1.5 Crore of land today if things went smoothly. It's impossible for us to buy it then.
