Some set up for a private railway, now on my list for when we are next in Somerset. Amazing how the quality of video cameras has improved in the last decade. Take care both of you and hopefully soon we will all be vaccinated and some normality can return.
Well worth a visit Graham.Fully working collection of standard gauge signals and boxes..They could have extended the line since our visit..The filming quality of the cameras has improved massively since these days,although some quality has been lost in the transfers from camera to tape,tape to tv,where it has been recorded from..In it's day it could produce some (what we thought then) good images,....Well worth that visit...Rosie had her jab yesterday,me tomorrow,so we are getting somewhere at last. ...Best wishes Chris
sombody has a love of railroad signals, and that is a good thing.:) someones backyard train set.:) since private ,, if the owner(s) ceace to exist? i hope there is a mechanisim to keep it going , like a trust of some kind .
The set up is, a lovely Narrow gauge railway,with a museum of fully working standard gauge signalling equipment,just amazing...I'm sure the Gartell family have something set up Allan...Best wishes Chris
