I caught a Coosa bass in one of the little ponds on the hiking trail that goes out of the parking lot going the other direction.

Also okay.. this usgs thing is interesting… I drug my boat so much on my recent trip… I’d love to know how to or where to look at the water flows and levels without actually going in person.. this channel rocks

Just Google River levels for the particular River you want and typically the USGS survey will be the first result. Here is what the website will look like, this is for the harpeth River at Kingston springs waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis/uv?site_no=03434500

Yes but only in the hottest driest part of summer. It's been far too rainy lately and it would probably be a little too deep and swift. There's a good chance if you didn't mind a little water over waist deep that you could weigh the whole thing

This is a pelican kayak and I'm sure it's at least 12 ft long but I don't remember the model. It's the best kayak of the four that I've ever owned. Tracks great, tons of storage, sits comfortably

Absolutely number one bass bait of the year! It also caught walleye, striped bass, crappie, trout, drum, carp, catfish, gar lol

Last week on monday. The downpour that happened Saturday night that canceled the Garth Brooks concert eventually made its way to the narrows of the harpeth and raised water levels for just one day. I was watching the USGS gauge and noticed the levels were up but had no way of knowing it was muddy :-)
