Excellent video! So glad there is no glitter! I don't care for glitter in a highlight. I see you are wearing the new Kett Powder foundation.This looks very pretty on you. I got N2 and am wearing it today. I'm basically doing a color check and wear test and hoping I don't look dry by the end of the day. So far so good. I am interested in your thoughts on this one.
You had me at "no glitter." 😄These highlighters have piqued my interest. I'll have to check them out in person. For me, highlighters are the makeup products I like the least which I suppose has been a good thing because I feel there have been a plethora of highlighter launches for the last couple of years more than eyeshadow palettes. I've been happy to save money there to use toward other things. Subtle sheen without any glitter is what I've been waiting for. I've passed on all of the previous NARS highlighters, all of the ABH glow kits including Amrezy, wouldn't touch the Natasha Denona blush kits with a 10-foot pole (they scream glitter) and even the Hourglass highlighter sticks. I was hopeful for those but felt they too had glitter. I may be fooling myself into thinking that there is such a thing as a highlighter without any glitter, but maybe these new ones from NARS are it or if anyone has any recommendations, I would love to hear them! Or maybe I should just put a touch of vaseline on the tops of my cheeks and call it a day.
Middle-aged and Mixed Laura Mercier matte radiance is great no glitter, I heard the cover fx powder highlights are good, I haven’t tried the persona highlights but apparently those are beautiful no glitter, Mariah Lenard on RU-vid does great videos of highlighters with no glitter more of a wet look hope this helps a little☺️❤️
Piyanka Pandey Thank you! I do have the rms living luminizer, and it does give a more natural wet looking glow without glitter. My eyes get big whenever a new highlighter is released because they’re so pretty to look at, but I’m usually disappointed when I apply them to my face. 😄

I love the Albatross highlighter, although it looks white in the pan it is very golden and looks beautiful on my dark skin tone. I have the old formula of the Albatross.
I truly appreciated this video. I've been eyeing these gorgeous highlighters. I have the Banc de sble and the bord du Plage and I love them both. I definitely don't need any more Nars highlighters but I think I'm going to pick some up during the Vib sale!

Love your channel and had to subscribe. I just noticed these up at Nordstrom and decided to see swatches/reviews of them before committing to purchasing any. So glad I found your channel! I remember when Albatross first came out several years back and it was my favorite highlighter only because highlighters were not really popular nor was there such a variety of textures and tones as we have now. Hi! I purchased two compacts not the palette even though I was tempted. I have a GRWM going up on Monday where I apply it. Let me know if you want something even more in depth!! I very much like it but I find it gets thick quickly. About two layers is good. Three, a little cakey for me.
Michele Wang Your skin looked so flawless that I was hopeful the use of this Kett product could be suitable atop my facial rolling scars. If you could address in the GRWM your skin prep that would be most helpful. As you purchased two shades, did one work better than the other and was it similar to other neutral shades? Hi Michele, great review! For some reason i bought Maldives which is a gorgeous rose gold. I'm light skinned with pink undertones. I'm not sure why i bought Maldives. Do you think one of the others would be best for my skin tone? Thanks so much xo
I'm still kicking myself, for not picking up Banc de Sable...but I knew that only the lightest shade would work for my skintone. I wish NARS would make that shade in this formula. Albatross is the right depth, just too gold for me...one can dream, no?
Please do a review on their wanted cheek vol I! 🙏 I’ve never owned a nars blush before and I really want to get this palette since I love most of the colours. I’ve heard good and bad things about this palette so I wanna know your thoughts on it
I don’t think so. I’m pretty pale and it works for me. Do you have pink undertones? If so you may consider getting Capri instead? The formula is pretty sheer so I think either would work.
Oh no!! Def not glittery here. That is so odd! I wonder why they would make it different. They even mention in their description that it’s not glittery 😒

Oh boy… wow that’s tough. The amrezy is very Gold and slightly icy. But I love it. The fort de France and Capri have some warmth to them so I can wear those everyday. Gosh, I’d say if you love an icy gold, go with the amrezy!
Just a thought but there is a indie brand called looxi beauty and they recently made a dupe of the amrezy highlight, and added other shades as well for only $7.50 ☺️
it would have been better to compare the highlighters to highlighters from other brands, rather than to similar products from the same brand that aren't even available anymore...
