HEY EVERYONE!!! Today's video is going to be a side-by-side shade comparison of the @NARSCosmeticsofficial Soft Matte Advanced Perfecting Powder on the under eye area. My goal is to see what their true colors are before trying to decide which one might be best on top of concealer to set it. Colors can and will look different once you start layering products, and different products can change this as well.
