Fam, the 4th isn't Sarurobi's son. He's his Student's student. Hiruzen had at least two boys, Konohamaru's Dad who's six feet under and then Asuma (the trench knife fighting chain smoker). Neji was right about all the Hokage being related or teaching each other (and will be for literally every Hokage who wears the hat even up to Boruto) but the 4th has no exceptional lineage, much less being a Sarutobi.

I don't want to think they got cheated out. Kakashi probably omitted reporting having fought the demon brothers, Zabuza and Haku so his team wouldn't be reprimanded for not reporting back after they found out the mission details were false and also to protect old man Tazuna's standing as a client to the leaf village. Therefore, the mission remained as a C rank mission.

Agree with @swordsmanoftime3001 I would also necessarily add that these cards are not some magical thing that will find out the truth about the user. They are just cards that have secretly written information on them that can only be read by the chakra of the person who placed them. So the information may be incomplete and inaccurate, depending on what the person has found out.

The 3rd coffin Sarutobi stopped wasn't the 4th Hokage. It was the 4th Kazekage.

Based on what are you making the assumption that the jutsu would even let you try to pull up a person that's inaccessible? This could be one of those "Araki forgot" (or in this case Kishimoto) situations where the author made up the rules for the death seal after they committed this part of the fight to paper. Or it could have been some big brain foresight moves and that coffin actually has the 4th Kazekage. It's not like Orochimaru would refuse to use him like that, he already stole the dude's likeness. What part of Snake-Creep's personality is telling you he would ONLY use people the Third would know to fight instead of the strongest people available? Lean into the mechanics of the situation, not the poetry.

@@gatfatf now your assuming. It wasn’t even stated anywhere that he was summoning he kazekage and it makes more sense to summon MINATO someone Hiruzen deeply knows and could be use to fracture the thirds resolve. It makes more sense then summoning the kazekage

Maybe because this version reanimation isn't that perfect, also Orochimaru using zetsu as vessel in the war (Well the real answer is the power level in OG & shippuden is way different)

I mean.....they literally watch one episode of a different show each day so yeah. For them it would be hard to keep track of things since if they didn't take notes. They'll jumble the details

If you're referring to the bottom-middle chick, I think she takes notes on different topic points she wants to bring up for her stream after the episode ends. This way she doesn't talk through the whole episode or end up stopping the episode a dozen times.

Mostly because they retconned the hell out of it. Also, they took this trump card and literally turned it into a plaything for one dude just so they could have a wave of exceptional folks - along with bringing back some favorites. This version was more... I was gonna say realistic, but I think believable fits better. Like since this was before all the ridiculous DBZ-styled power ups, it was actually interesting to see the Third take on the first two Hokage like this. Meanwhile, much later they overpowered the fuck outta everyone so it actually kinda makes it less impressive.

The one used in the war is pretty much complete this version is incomplete

@@LegendsForever206 It makes sense too, since Kabuto was the one doing it. Kabuto is a Kakashi-level ninja that has a fetish on being Orochimaru so it all kinda adds up that he was able to perfect it somehow.
